The staff at Creative Association Management has been invaluable in assisting our organization's membership committee. CAM distributes all of our prospect mailings, updates and maintains our membership and prospect databases, and provides us with a monthly meeting guest list. By fulfilling these important duties, CAM has given our committee the time it needs to focus on retention and recruiting. As a testimony to CAM, we have gained 20 new members this year - an increase of nearly 12 percent for our chapter.

I have been very pleased with the assistance CAM has provided to me in my role as treasurer. Getting a monthly profit and loss statement, current balance sheet, and other timely and accurate financial reports at the end of each month has been a tremendous help. Now that I'm not getting bogged down with all of the day-to-day financial administration, I have more time to work on the bigger issues that will help our organization stay financially strong. I am very glad to have you on board!

Many of the challenges we have undertaken would not have been successful without CAM's leadership, direction and support. Working with CAM has greatly improved the organization and coordination of our Board activities and has helped us to run efficient, more task-oriented meetings. Thanks for all you are doing to enhance the quality of the Blue Line Club and our hockey program. Hiring you was the best decision we have made as a club!

CAM has been very willing to do what is necessary to get the job done. Our organization has made some tremendous strides and improvements with CAM's help and guidance. We're particularly pleased with the assistance CAM has provided with respect to membership recruiting and retention - and also with expense control and increasing non-dues revenues. Because of the excellent services that CAM provides our association, we have recently won national awards in the area of community service, education, public relations, and overall association management.
